¿Quiénes somos?

Somos un grupo interdisciplinario de profesionales comprometidos con el desarrollo sostenible desde una perspectiva integral. Nuestra experiencia abarca áreas clave como el fortalecimiento institucional, los estudios de género, la inserción socioproductiva y la investigación social, lo que nos permite abordar los desafíos del desarrollo con una mirada crítica, ética y transformadora.

Contamos con una sólida trayectoria en organizaciones no gubernamentales, instituciones públicas, espacios educativos y el sector privado. Esta diversidad de experiencias nos ha dotado de las herramientas necesarias para diseñar e implementar programas y proyectos efectivos que generen impacto real y sostenido en los contextos donde actuamos.

En PLAN {D} creemos que el desarrollo no puede imponerse desde estructuras verticales ni recetas universales. Apostamos por procesos participativos, el fortalecimiento de capacidades locales, la defensa de los derechos humanos y la promoción de valores democráticos como pilares para construir sociedades más justas, equitativas y resilientes.

Nuestra labor se enfoca especialmente en grupos focales vulnerables o con potencial de incidencia en el quehacer público y la administración pública en contextos de habla hispana, particularmente en Estados Unidos, América Latina y España. Apostamos por una visión transnacional que reconoce los vínculos culturales, sociales y políticos que compartimos, y que nos permite articular esfuerzos regionales hacia un desarrollo democrático, inclusivo y sostenible.
